Rick, a native of Lowell, MA,joined the firm in 2021. Prior to joining the firm,Rick was a sole practitioner for 22 years focusing primarily on real estate law.

Rick has served on the Merrimack Valley Planning Commission since 2008where he served as Chairman from 2012 to 2016. He also sitson the Board of Directors of the Merrimack Valley Economic Development Corporation and the Merrimack Valley Regional Resource Center, Inc. Rickis a former member of the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals having served from 2003 to 2015 and was a founding member of the North Andover Housing Partnership Committee. Rick is also an Adjunct Professor at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts where he teaches real estate at the Gerrish School of Business.

Rick’s practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions and land use permitting.

He lives in North Andover with his wife and two daughters.
