Biography

A native Vermonter, Kathleen joined the firm in 2013 after spending a year working as a legal fellow for the Honorable Harry M. Grossman (ret.) at the Massachusetts Land Court. Kathleen focuses her practice on real estate development and land use litigation. She regularly appears before various municipal boards, and handles appeals to the Land Court and Superior Court from zoning and planning decisions and permits. Kathleen also represents property owners, developers, and banks in addressing a wide variety of title and land use issues, including boundary disputes, encroachments, and defects in title. She has an interest in affordable housing and land use planning.

A graduate New England Law | Boston, Kathleen won multiple awards and served as an Associate, and later Executive Literary Editor, for the Law Review. In her spare time, Kathleen likes to read, run, and garden.
