Biography
Andrew, a Hampstead, NH native, joined the firm in 2022 as an associate. His practice primarily involves representing developers, businesses and individuals in land use permitting and appeals. Prior to joining Johnson & Borenstein, he was an associate in Vermont where he similarly assisted developers and individuals with local and state land use permitting under Vermont’s comprehensive Act 250 program. In law school, Andrew clerked with the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources and the Environmental Advocacy Clinic, and was a member of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law.
