Biography
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Briana worked at Sherin and Lodgen LLP, advising retailers, developers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate. She represents clients in commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, development, environmental, and leasing. Prior to this, Briana was a Real Estate paralegal at Sherin and Lodgen, where she gained valuable experience working closely with the firm’s attorneys on performing due diligence, conducting title, survey, zoning and environmental report reviews, drafting and reviewing transactional documents, and coordinating closing components for complex real estate transactions.
